Things to do in Kütahya;

First day

You can start your first day in Kütahya with a local Aegean breakfast consisting of delicious tastes. After breakfast, you can set off to visit the Ancient City of Aizanoi and the Temple of Zeus, which has a place as important as its contemporaries Ephesus, Bergama and Side Ancient Cities. After completing the ancient city tour, you can return to the city center and explore the Çinili, Dönenler and Ulu Mosque located here. You can take a lunch break from the Ulu Mosque and try Kütahya's famous poppy pita. After your meal, you can visit Turkey's first and only Tile Museum to see the most eye-catching works in Kütahya, which is famous for its tiles, and then go to Germiyan Street to see local clothing and handicrafts and buy small gifts for your loved ones.

The second day

The second day in Kütahya can be started with a pleasant breakfast in the historical Kütahya mansions in the center. Then you can go to the Archeology Museum, where artifacts from the Paleolithic, Chalcolithic, Old Bronze, Hittite, Phrygian, Hellenistic, Roman, Byzantine, Seljuk and Ottoman periods are exhibited from the Miocene period. After visiting the museum, you can stop by Kütahya Castle, one of the symbolic structures of the city, before setting off for the Phrygian Valley. Then you can set off for the Phrygian Valley, which is half an hour away from the center. It is an old volcano, covered with the tuffs of the Turkmen mountain, and dates back to BC. You can explore the Phrygian valleys, which were inhabited by the Phrygians between 900-600 years, and the ruins here. You can relieve the tiredness of the second busy day by camping in the Domaniç Forests and leaving yourself completely in the peace of nature.
