Things to do in Muş;

First day

After a local breakfast in the city center, you can visit Mus Castle, Muş Ulu Mosque, Yıldızlı Han, Arak Church and Hasbet Castle, respectively. Afterwards, you can have lunch at one of the local restaurants in the center and taste the special dishes of Muş Cuisine. You can take a walk among the traditional Muş Houses and move on to Bulanık and Malazgirt in the afternoon. In Bulanik, you can visit the Haçlı Lake and Esenlik Mosque, and in Manzikert, you can visit the Manzikert Castle and the Victory Monument. For dinner, you can try local delicacies such as hez dolma, çorti and cavbelek in one of the local restaurants, accompanied by Muş folk songs.

The second day

ou can visit the town of Varto and have a local breakfast here. Afterwards, it is not a bad idea to go to Hamurpet Lake and take a nature walk. After eating fish in the trout facilities, you can visit the Kayalıdere Ancient City and enjoy watching the historical bridge and the sunset while sipping your embers at the Murat Bridge facilities on the way back. At the end of the day, after a short stroll in the city center, you can fit your Mus trip in two days without neglecting to buy Mus Honey from the local markets!
